Tommorow I am going to a sleepover at my friend hannahs who you might have seen on my best friend tag youtube video. I am so excited!!!Today I am going to talk to you about my beauty related sleepover essentials.


every sleepover I have to take -

• my makeup bag and my essential makeup items in it
• a hairbrush
• dry shampoo
• nail varnish ( in case its a girly night in )
• skincare items
• makeup remover
• body butter
• anti bac
• compact mirror
• cotton wool buds
• perfume/rollerball
• handcream

To you this might sound a bit OTT but this is what I really need to take with me every sleepover.

when am i posting

top 3 blushes

Hi
Instead of a review today I have decided to do a top three product post for you all. This top three post is about blushes. I will now countdown my top three blushes.

number 3:

My third favourite blush is benefits dandelion blush. This is a really light natural blush which can almost be used as a natural highlight if you wanted to because you had a darker skin tone. Personally I think this blush is for light skin toned people mostly because on darker skin it does not bring up the colour properly. This product has really good pigmentation and leaves your cheeks looking fabulous!!!

 number 2:

My second favourite blush is by nix cosmetics and is in the shade mauve. Again this blush gives fantastic pigmentation but unlike the dandelion blush this blush can be used and suits all skin tones because it is more of a nude pink colour which looks gorgeous on any cheek bone . This blush is absolutely stunning.

Number 1:        

 

Lastly my favourite overall blush at the moment is the elf cosmetics blush in twinkle pink. Just like the others it has amazing pigmentation , looks stunning on all skin types but also gives a shimmer to your cheek bones at the same time. It really is an outstanding blush.

Girl online book review!?

Recently I have been devouring through  zoellas (AKA zoe suggs)  first novel girl online. This novel lets us know what love at first sight is and you can get over your fears with the help of the people you care about most. This emotional and heartfelt story is truly a work of art.

As you can see from the picture above, the cover for the book looks excellent and has really been thought about.  The 4 pictures look almost like the sort of photos we would have in our photo albums. The  colours all contrast really well together with the pale blue background , the bold red and pale blue writing. Not even mentioning the streams of fairy lights in the background it makes us almost feel if we are in our own room.

Above you can see the pages of the book because the writing  skills in this book are AMAZING!!!
The author really knows how to make it all emotional as well as using a range of effective vocabulary at the same time.

Then finally on the back cover there is a picture of zoe hung on a stream of fairy lights alongside a big red heart which reads a message from her to the readers of the book.  Again the colours really suit each other using the same colours as the front cover . The blurb is really secretive and makes you need to pick the book up and read it secretly all night. Its that good!!! Then at the bottom it has some links to some of zoes social media.


Overall this is my favourite book in ages and would read it again and again for years if I could. This book is priced at £12.99 and you can purchase it at any good book store such a whsmiths, waterstones and various other places. To end I would rate this book 1 million out of 10.

Real Techiques brushes.

this weekend I am going to get my first real techniques brushes and since these will be my first brushes from the brand I need some advice. lip balms crazy!?

Hello once again guys,

I recently did a video on my makeup collection which you can check out on my youtube channel and noticed the amount of lip balms I had. There were between twenty and thirty lip balms including brands like eos , balmi , bodyshop and Maybellines baby lips in various editions. What are your favourite lip balms ? In the past week I have purchased a new item to add to my makeup collection. This item is called the witch anti blemish tinted mouisturiser.

Anyway lets talk more about the product now. Firstly I am not sponsored by anyone to give a good review all opinions are totally my own. I own the shade 01 light and the product goes up to 03 dark. This product is from witch's new makeup brand and is similar to your everyday foundation. Except this is made by a skincare brand so it has the added ingredient of witch hazel so it makes a benefit to your skin and makes your spots less visible. From what I have tried so far I think that this is an amazing product with a good medium coverage and gives a healthy glow to your skin. Whats in my makeup bag???

                          

Yesterday I uploaded another video on youtube and this video was the what's in my makeup bag video. In the video I showed you all my makeup essentials I kept with me in my makeup bag when I went somewhere some were high end cosmetics others were drugstore cosmetics but I love them all so so much because they all do an excellent job and make my skin look and feel amazing!!! The items in my makeup bag included my mace cosmetics lipstick in crème cup, my nyx love in Florence palette, my nyx butter gloss in peach cobbler, benefits porefessional ,benetint ,highbeam,boing and that gal and a few other items as well. Over the last six months, I have been sampling various Benefit cosmetics products to see what I thought about them and two of the items I have tried is Benetint and Highbeam. These award winning cheek stain and highlighter get the 5 star rating in my opinon for many reasons but mostly the finish on both of the products are stunning. The highlight give a adoring glow to your cheekbones whilst the cheek stain gives you a pinch of colour when you are pale on cold days!!! My personal favourite is the high beam highlighter just because of the glowing effect it has on my skin but overall they are both amazing products and would definitle recommend purchasing them if you want to splurge on more high end cosmetics.
